Cavendish Henley
Cavendish Henley is a commercial business specialising in designing, developing, and delivering digital and face-to-face learning. Our focus is on delivering exceptional quality experiences that make a real difference to individuals and the organisations they work in.
All of Cavendish Henley’s learning programmes are facilitated by people who have held leadership, learning and development, and coaching positions across a wide range of businesses including retail, construction, and technology. This enables us to provide a pragmatic and realistic approach to how we support participants as they work and learn. Who are we?
Cavendish Henley’s suite of programmes includes awards, certificates, diplomas and apprenticeships in the areas we know best; all our management and leadership products are accredited by the UK Chartered Management Institute (CMI). As part of the Popcorn Media group we are on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) and our apprenticeships programmes are eligible for levy funding.
Who runs
our courses?
Simon has worked in learning and development since the early 1980s when he set up a business development agency. After helping to launch the new Modern Apprenticeships, he was part of the team which developed quality standards and set up the first inspectorate for work-based learning, now part of Ofsted. Simon now runs leadership and management development programmes for Cavendish Henley, including apprenticeships for the University of Greenwich and the National Oceanography Centre.
Throughout his career in the Royal Marines, Nick has been responsible for building and leading high-performance teams working in high intensity operations, often across cultural boundaries, geographic separation and always with multiple stakeholders. Nick applies his leadership and management experience to help business leaders develop their own capabilities and those of their businesses. Nick’s strength is a focus on a tangible and practical output rather than learning for learning’s sake.
